The Stampede Home with Russ Richards follows a simple mandate: to play as much great rock as possible and talk about cool stuff in between.  It's as simple as that.  Russ knows that when he takes over The Bull airwaves every weekday at 3pm, there's a lot of clock watching going on across Mid-Western Ontario.  But as long as you have a ton of tunes and all the latest dirt, you'll be past quitting time and into your evening before ya know it.

Russ does this in many ways.  First, there's the 3:20 Deep Cut.  It's a daily song that might be from a one-hit wonder one day, then a B-side from one of your favourite bands the next.  Either way, it's guaranteed to take you back a few years.

Next up, it's the Workplace 3Some at 4 pm.  All you have to do is submit three songs that will help make those last few hours go by just a little bit quicker.  Then Russ plays them for you.  It's a beautiful thing.

After that, you've got Disc-Lexia around 4:30.  After Russ plays a backwards clip from one of your favourite tunes, it's up to you to decipher what the song is and be the first caller through on the Bull Lines for awesome prizes!
